Kitchen Remodel - Brookline, MA

A small kitchen remodel in a Brookline condo had to be done in under 30 days. We pre-planned and pre-ordered everything to meet this tight deadline.

Kitchen remodels usually take much longer, but here, we stayed within the same footprint and were able to preorder everything - a storage unit came in handy - to get this done on schedule and on budget.

Here is what was accomplished in just 30 days:

-Demolition of the old kitchen
-Refinish hardwood floors
-Install new cabinetry, fixtures and appliances
-Install new quartz countertops and backsplash
-Paint

By using the slabs for both counters top and backsplash, we were able to save at least a week worth of time. And by purchasing remnants and not an entire slab, we mixed two almost identical stones, we stayed well within our clients' budget.
