KM Interiors specializes in a whole home remodeling, we're especially fond of remodeling bathrooms and kitchens to meet our clients' needs.
While we prefer to be your point person for the entire project, bringing our trusted contractors, trades and craftsmen with us, we are also happy to join your team of professionals.

As your lead, we handle everything, so you only have to reach out to us. We manage your budget, oversee the entire schedule, and are on site as needed for a flawless prep, execution and installation.

First Meeting
Our initial contact is a discussion of your project, the timeline you have in mind, style, functionality needs, and of course, the budget. We offer a complementary thirty minute phone conversation. A site visit will be arranged if we mutually choose to move forward.

Planing
Whether we partner with your existing architect, builder, and landscape designer, or you are looking for KM Interiors to help build your team, we are excited to be involved from the start.
This allows us to inject your lifestyle and functionality needs into the foundational elements of the project right away. We will create a Project Tracking document at the start to identify which party is responsible for each part of the process: demo, space planning, plumbing & electrical, fixtures and finishes selections, budget management, storage, delivery, and timeline adherence.

Construction
We collaborate closely with the construction team to keep you informed about everything from permits and demolition to any unexpected issues that arise when the walls are opened.
As your primary contact throughout the entire process, we ensure that the layout, cabinetry installation, and finishing touches are in line with the established construction plan, schedule, and budget, resulting in a seamless and cohesive experience.
